There are 2 Shikalgar Sanghatana in other States one is in Bihar and the other 15 in Delhi .

All Bihar Sikalgar Biradari:

It was started in 1980 by the Late Mohammad Sikalgar in the name of Anjuman Islah Sikalgar Biradari. It was not in the main stream line. Under the guidance of Janab mujibul Rehman, Haji Engineer Abdul Shakur strived with the Government in 1997 for bringing the name in Bihar backward Class schedule on 108 No. And was able to include it in the central government’s Backward class Schedule list on 123 no. And thus, they were able to take the benefit of the Reservation.

Later in 2016, All Bihar Sikalgar Biradari was formed by Sagir Sikalgar. His main aim was to bring all the Sikalgar families of Bihar, Nepal, Maharashtra together so that there is unity amongst all, To increase the standard of Education, as a result, 2 committees were formed. i.e., Delhi Sikalgar Committee and Nepal Shikalgar Committee.

All Bihar Sikalgar Biradari Committee members are as follows:

Ishar Sikalgar Akram Sikalgar – Deputy Secretary Treasurer

Shakil Sikalgar – Asst Treasurer

Delhi Sikalgar Biradari:

It was formed in September 2019. The main aim was to provide a platform to Sikalgar family and to unite all for one Noble Cause which is to increase the standard of Living through Education, and get good jobs on merits. To felicitate Meritorious students, create awareness amongst women regarding importance of financial independence. They have till now organized 2 Adhiveshan in Delhi, One such Adhiveshan was conducted on 15th November 20 and chief guest was Sagir Sikalgar Bihar. The other Adhiveshan was Conducted on 2nd October 2021 and Chief Guest was Naushad Yakub Shikalgar Mumbai. It was in this Adhiveshan Shri Naushad Yakub Shikalgar was declared as All India President of Shikalgar Samaj.
