Shikalgar Mahila Samiti

Shikalgar Manila Samiti Mumbai was formed on 13th March, 2022 under the aegis of Shikalgar Jamat Trust, Mumbai. The main aim was to bring the Shikalgar Women, girls residing in Mumbai under one platform and to organize various events programmes for their betterment with a focused view. With this in mind, a committee was formed with 15 members.

Every Quarter meeting is Conducted with punctuality and those members who are not present on time a fine of Rs 50 is collected. As a result, over the past year, meeting is conducted on time and the decisions taken in meetings are implemented as per the convenience of dignatories and Community members. last year as per the decision taken in the meeting on 14th Sept 2022, Family picnic was Organised. And it was a great hit in terms of family members response, the bonding, love & affection. Elders as well as youngsters had a great time. On 2nd February, 2023. Physiotherapy Session was organized. Since 9. Am to 6. P.m. Dr Chaitanya Tulsiram Kadam, Physiotherapist Ashtang Le, Badlapur and his two assistants conducted the session in all 21 patients young, old took physiotherapy and were guided by Dr. Chaitanya. At The End of the session, he gave a one-hour speech on health-related matters. How to overcome the health issues, What, When & How you should eat in order to avoid ailments.

Simultaneously on that day there was “Swadisht Vyanjan Food stall organized by shikalgar Women & two groups of men in all There were 14 food stalls. Mainly the course was Non veg & Starter There were soft drinks and bhel puri, Paani puri stalls too But Kurla Business Groups (KBG) fish stall was a hit. In addition to above programme “Educational Counselling” by Ishrar Ali Ishaak, counselor Trainer Medical Practioner was organized from 10 in the morning to 6.00 pm. He Guided the students along with their parents. It was a highly motivating programme.
