In 2006 the Karigars of Mumbai felt there should be a working body of Youngsters to support the Shikalgar Jamat trust in Mumbai. Hence Khudbuddin Mohammad Shikalgar (Wangi) Ashraf Dastagir Shikalgar (Ghatkopar) Shafik Mohd Rafik Shikalgar (Bhalawni ) Shakil Ilahi Shikalgar (Pedh), Hassan Mohammad Shikalgar (Pedh) Dastagir Hussain Shikalgar (Alsund), Farukh Shikalgar (Alsund) Salim Hamja khan Shikalgar (Pedh), Firoz Magbul Shikalgar, Jakir Shabbir Shikalgar (Parel) these came together and formed Shikalgar Yuva Shanghtana Over the years under the Chairmanship of Khudbuddin Mohammad Shikalgar the Shikalgar yuva Sanghtana has diligently worked hand in hand with Jamat Trust, Mumbai and organized several programmers. The main being Every year Blood donation camp was religiously organized which helped the Society at Large.

Now this yuva Sanghtana has extended and the Elders have gracefully handed the responsibilities to the newer generation So that the Legacy continues.

The main emphasis of Shikalgar Yuva Sanghtana is to collect Jakat and fitras amount and distribute it to the needy & deserved one as per the rules of Islam. Also, during Urs sharif in Lengre. Every year Yuva Sanghtana plays a pivotal Role. It distributes Sharbat to all the pilgrims who come to Lengre . Also they distribute books to Students.
